Privacy Policy

ChiroScore, LLC · Effective August 21, 2026

This policy describes the information ChiroScore, LLC (“ChiroScore,” “we,” “us”) collects through this website and the ChiroScore service, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the website or the service, or by submitting information through either, you consent to the practices described here.

Patient records stay in the practice

ChiroScore is practice analytics, not a patient-facing product — and it is built so that patient-identifying records never reach us. Before any data leaves a practice, patient names, dates of birth, and contact details are removed on the practice’s own equipment; what our servers receive are de-identified records keyed by one-way coded identifiers and birth year only. We cannot re-identify a patient from what we hold, and we have designed the service so we never need to.

Information we collect

We collect information that identifies the practice and its staff, not its patients:

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website or use the service, our servers record standard log information: IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. We use it to operate and secure the service — diagnosing problems, rate-limiting abuse, and auditing access.

This marketing website sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. The ChiroScore application uses essential cookies only — the session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other sites.

How we use information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How information is shared

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf — cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services) and transactional email delivery — under terms that prohibit any independent use. Aggregated, de-identified statistics that identify neither a practice nor any individual may be used to describe the service (for example, benchmark ranges).

We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ChiroScore, our customers, or others.

Data retention

We keep practice data for as long as the practice has an active relationship with us, and operational records only as long as they are needed for the purposes above. Demo-request information that does not lead to a relationship is deleted once it is no longer needed. A practice may request deletion of its data at any time; verified requests are honored promptly.

Security

We protect the information we hold with measures that include encryption in transit and at rest, data minimization (collecting the least we need — the de-identification design above is the largest example), pseudonymized identifiers, role-based access, and audit logging of access to operational data.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or object to our processing of it, by emailing mike@chiroscore.com. We will verify the request — we can only act on requests we can reasonably confirm come from you or someone authorized to act for you — and respond within the time required by applicable law. California residents have the rights provided by the CCPA (to know, to access, to delete, to non-discrimination); EU/EEA residents have the rights provided by the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection). Because we do not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of selling.

Minors

The website and service are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors; do not submit any.

Links to other sites

The website may link to sites we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites, and a link is not an endorsement of their practices.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will post the updated policy here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the website or service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
