ChiroScore Edge is the small capture app that runs at your front desk. It reads your practice-management exports on your own computer, removes every patient identifier, and sends only de-identified numbers to your scoreboard — patient records never leave your practice.

First-time setup

1. Run the installer on the computer the front desk uses every day.
2. When it asks, enter the claim code from your ChiroScore welcome email. It works once and links this computer to your clinic — no other details needed.
3. Print the Recovery Kit page when it appears and store it somewhere safe, away from the office. It is the only backup of the key that protects your patient list.

No claim code yet? Ask us for one — codes are issued per clinic and expire after 72 hours.

Updating

Already running ChiroScore Edge? Just download and run the installer again on the same computer. It recognizes your existing setup, keeps your clinic link and all local data exactly as they are, and replaces only the app itself. No claim code needed.
